Use this form to register to officiate HSA and FSC Findlay home matches (and tournament matches held in Findlay). Your registration will be sent to the Findlay area Certified USSF Referee Assignor. The Assignor will verify that you are a currently registered USSF Referee in good standing and will contact you via email or phone with further instructions.
By submitting this registration, you agree to be assigned to matches scheduled on the Findlay Emory Adams Park HOME fields for the age groups and competition levels that you select. Grade 9 officials WILL NOT be assigned to any Competitive (travel) matches UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED to fill an Assistant Referee slot. You are expected to fulfill all accepted assignment obligations (which includes KNOWING the League or Competition rules, policies, and procedures). You will also be expected to wear the proper USSF Referee attire. And, you are expected to perform and present yourself in a professional manner.
