HSA Fall Classic Recreational Tournament

About the Annual HSA Fall Classic Recreational Tournament

Hancock Soccer Association (HSA), Findlay, Ohio is the hosting organization of this tournament.  HSA is a member of Ohio Youth Soccer Association - North (OYSAN) and the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA).  The tournament is an approved and sanctioned USYSA and OYSAN event.

Proceeds from this tournament fund the HSA College Scholarship Program.  This program offers college scholarships to Findlay area high school graduates who have been past HSA participants.  $8,200 has been awarded to 82 Findlay area high school graduates since 1996.

The tournament takes place on the home fields of Hancock Soccer Association at Emory Adams Park in Findlay, Ohio.  The tournament is open to USYSA affiliated Recreational teams that are registered through their respective State Associations for the current year fall season and are playing in (or have played in) a fall season USYSA recreational league of the current year.  Teams MUST be composed of players who are registered members of a regular fall season USYSA recreational league team of the current year.  Guest players are not allowed.  "Tournament" or "All Star" type teams may not participate.

2009 HSA Fall Classic Recreational Tournament

The 15th Annual Hancock Soccer Association Fall Classic Recreational Tournament took place October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2009 at Emory Adams Park - Findlay, Ohio.

There were 33 recreational teams from Hancock Soccer Association, the Black Swamp Soccer League, and Appleseed Youth Soccer Association participating in this event.  Age groups were U12 Boys (Co-ed), U12 Girls, and U15 Co-ed.

Group Winners

Congratulations to the Group Winners and Wild Card Teams of the preliminary round matches!  The below listed teams won their group pools or claimed wild card status and participated in the Semi-Final matches on Sunday, October 4, 2009.
