Hancock Soccer Association Financial Aid

Hancock Soccer Association and Findlay Soccer Club offers Financial Aid for parents and guardians of players who are in the need.  Financial Aid is available on a limited first come first served basis.  Each application will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee for approval on a case by case basis.

Should you feel you qualify for Financial Aid, then use the links provided below to download and print the appropriate Financial Aid Application Form.

Note:  There are two different Financial Aid Request Forms.  Recreational Players must submit the Recreational Player Financial Aid Request Form, and Competitive (FSC) Players must submit the Competitive Player Financial Aid Request Form.

Complete the appropriate form and mail it along with any required support documentation to the address specified on the request form.
