2011 Tournament Volunteers Needed!

The tournament is in need of volunteers to help make this event a success and fun for all participating teams.  We need volunteers from our recreational and competitive programs.  Anyone with participating teams from other clubs are welcome to volunteer to help too.  And, we can also use volunteers from other community organizations who may need to be putting in community service hours.

Volunteers are needed for several areas on all three days.

• Team Registration
• Headquarters Tent
• Field Marshalls
• Concessions
• Parking and Traffic Control
• Clean Up - Set Up
• Merchandise Sales
• Sponsorships

You can volunteer using an on-line sign up form by clicking the link provided below.

Sign up for whatever you can help out with and for however long you can.  If you know of any organizations that need service or volunteer time please have them sign up as well.  Just ask whomever is in charge of the organization to sign up for the whole group.
