This page will be updated periodically to keep our membership and others informed about various meetings.

HSA Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers

The Hancock Soccer Association Annual General Meeting and will be held on December 10, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Cube, 3430 North Main Street, Findlay, Ohio.

The Association is proposing changes to the Constitution And Bylaws and board structure.  These changes must be voted on and approved by the membership.  The proposed changes will be voted on at this meeting along with the election of officers.

Below are links to the current Constitution And Bylaws and the proposed changes for comparison.  Please take the time to look over these documents prior to attending the AGM and casting your votes.

The following positions are up for election to serve the 2012 - 2013 term (per the current HSA Constitution and Bylaws):

• Vice President Competitive
• Vice President Recreational
• Treasurer
• Recreational Director B
• Competitive Girls Director

Recreational Committee Meetings

The HSA Recreational Committee (Division Directors) holds meetings to discuss policies, procedures, and other important information that all of our directors need to know.  Meetings take place at The Cube prior to the monthly HSA Board Meetings.  Meetings announcements will be sent via email to our Division Directors.

Competitive Committee Meetings

Findlay Soccer Club's Operating Committee meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of every month at 8:00 pm.  The meetings are held at the City of Findlay's Municipal Building (Dorney Plaza) on the 3rd floor in the Mayor's Conference room.

Guests are given the first 15 minutes to present to the Operating Committee.  Who do I contact to present?  If you would like to present to the FSC Operating Committee we do ask that you contact the Vice President Competitive with your proposal in advance so that you can be added to the agenda and your materials can be reviewed in advance.  You can contact the Vice President Competitive using the link provided below:

Recreational Coaches Meetings

HSA schedules pre-season Coaches Meetings to distribute rosters, schedules, and other important information to our volunteer coaches.  Scheduled meetings information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Fall 2011 HSA Recreational Coaches Meetings

The Fall 2011 recreational season coaches meetings have taken place.  There are no other meetings scheduled at this time.

Competitive Coaches Meetings

FSC may schedule Competitive Coaches Meetings as needed.  The respective Leagues that the FSC Competitive teams participate in will schedule mandatory coach meetings each season.

The Northwest Ohio Youth Soccer League (NWOYSL) will schedule mandatory coach meetings at various times each season.  Visit the NWOYSL Website to check on meetings information posted there.
