OYSAN Risk Management

All HSA board members, directors, support personnel, and coaches 18 years of age and older must be electronically registered in the OYSAN Risk Management System.  If you are involved with a competitive team (coach, manager, etc), you will register with the league your team participates in (most likely NWOYSL).

The above mentioned individuals are required to be registered in the OYSAN system prior to any exposure to our youth or being allowed to receive any personal information about our players (names, phone numbers, rosters, schedules, etc).

Before submitting your OYSAN Risk Management Application, please check your current OYSAN Risk Management status (see next section of this page).

Before submitting an OYSAN Risk Management application, contact the HSA Registrar.  The Registrar will let you know if you need to submit the OYSAN Risk Management application.
