Maps of practice field locations can be downloaded by going to the HSA Practice Fields Maps page.  These maps are made available for reference purposes and to help coaches decide where they need to request practices at.

On-Line Practice Field Request Forms

Practice field requests can be made on-line using the links provided below.

While every effort will be made to honor each team’s requests, HSA can not guarantee everyone will receive their first choices.  Therefore, you MUST make THREE choices when submitting your requests.  This is to insure you get assigned a practice slot.

HSA Recreational teams MUST use the RECREATIONAL TEAM PRACTICE REQUEST FORM.

FSC Competitive teams MUST use the COMPETITIVE TEAM PRACTICE REQUEST FORM.

Our server and request submission software is capable of multi-tasking.  However, in case of high volume traffic (many users trying to submit simultaneously), you may encounter errors or submission failures.  Should you receive an error while attempting to submit your request, please be patient - wait a few minutes and try to submit your request again.
