Findlay Referee Registration

All USSF Referees who wish to officiate youth soccer matches on the Findlay Emory Adams Park home fields MUST submit a Findlay Referee Registration to the Findlay Certified USSF Referee Assignor.

You can submit your registration in one of the following methods:

• Download a PDF registration form:
• Fill in the blanks on the form.
• Print the completed form.
• Scan the completed form.
• Email the completed form to the Assignor.
• (Email address is on the registration form)



• Submit your registration immediately (online):
• Go to our online registration form.
• Fill in the blanks on the online form.
• Click the "Submit Your Referee Registration" button.
• (Your registration will be automatically emailed to the Assignor)

Findlay Area Referee Match Assignments

The Findlay Certified USSF Referee Assignor will use ArbiterSports assignment system as the primary tool for Findlay home match assignments.  If you do not have an ArbiterSports account, please contact the Findlay USSF Referee Assignor to have an account created for you.
