Fall 2011 HSA Recreational Season Pay Update

Hancock Soccer Association's Recreational Divisions Fall 2011 season ends on October 16, 2011.  The Findlay USSF Certified Referee Assignors will begin preparation of the Fall 2011 season referee payroll checks on this weekend.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE TURNED IN ALL COMPLETED HSA RECREATIONAL GAME REPORTS PAPERWORK AT THE EMORY ADAMS PARK EQUIPMENT SHED AND THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL NECESSARY ARBITER ONLINE GAME REPORTS ASAP.  FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE HSA GAME REPORTS AND/OR ARBITER ONLINE REPORTS WILL RESULT IN A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR FALL 2011 REFEREE PAY FOR HSA RECREATIONAL GAMES YOU HAVE OFFICIATED.

Fall 2011 Findlay Referee Guide and Rules Updates Posted

Hancock Soccer Association has revised their Recreational Division rules.  The revisions are effective this Fall 2011 season.  The HSA Referee Guide (August 29, 2011 edition) has been updated to reflect recent changes in the HSA Recreational Divisions Rules and Procedures.

New 2011 USSF Memorandums and Position Papers

The USSF has released the new 2011 Position Papers and Memorandum.  These are effective NOW.  Here is a listing of the NEW documents:

New 2012 USSF Registration Procedure

The Ohio North State Referee Committee has contracted with GameOfficials.net to handle referee registration.  This will include not only the USSF and clinic registration for referees but also online training and testing.  PLEASE NOTE: RISK MANAGEMENT IS NOW INTEGRATED INTO THE CLASS REGISTRATION SYSTEM.  YOU NO LONGER NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR RISK MANAGEMENT ON THE OYSAN WEB SITE.  A PERSON CANNOT BE CERTIFIED FOR 2012 WITHOUT REGISTERING FOR A CLASS.  PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED!

The Findlay Certified USSF Referee Assignors will send out email news updates periodically.  If you update or change your email address, be sure to contact the assignors so that they have your correct email address.

Meetings Information

The Findlay USSF Certified Referee Assignors may schedule local referee meetings from time to time.  In addition, the Northwest Ohio Soccer Officials Association (NWOSOA) and the Ohio Soccer Association North (OHN) State Referee Committee (SRC) will schedule meetings each season.

Scheduled Findlay area Referee meetings information will be posted here as it becomes available.  Meetings announcements may also be sent to Referees via email from the Findlay USSF Certified Referee Assignors.

The Northwest Ohio Soccer Officials Association (NWOSOA) will schedule referee meetings at various times each season.  Visit the NWOSOA Website to check on meetings information posted there.

The Ohio Soccer Association North (OHN) State Referee Committee (SRC) will schedule referee meetings at various times each season.  Visit the OHNSRC Website to check on meetings information posted there.
