Recreational Game Pay Procedure

Referees officiating HSA recreational matches on the Emory Adams Park fields need to complete a brief on-line game report in the ArbiterSports assignment system in order to receive pay for officiating the game(s).  Failure to complete the on-line game report may result in no pay for you (and your AR's)!

Fall 2011 HSA Recreational Season Pay Update

Hancock Soccer Association's Recreational Divisions Fall 2011 season ends on October 16, 2011.  The Findlay USSF Certified Referee Assignors will begin preparation of the Fall 2011 season referee payroll checks on this weekend.  MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE TURNED IN ALL COMPLETED HSA RECREATIONAL GAME REPORTS PAPERWORK AT THE EMORY ADAMS PARK EQUIPMENT SHED AND THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL NECESSARY ARBITER ONLINE GAME REPORTS ASAP.  FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE HSA GAME REPORTS AND/OR ARBITER ONLINE REPORTS WILL RESULT IN A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR FALL 2011 REFEREE PAY FOR HSA RECREATIONAL GAMES YOU HAVE OFFICIATED.

How to Complete ArbiterSports Game Reports

If you were the Referee of a U7, U8, or U10 match OR were the Center Referee of a U12 or older match, you need to complete your on-line game report in the ArbiterSports system.  This is very important!  This is how the Assignor's will verify that you (and your AR's) were present for the assignment so that you (and your AR's) get paid for officiating the match!

After your assigned match has been played, sign into your ArbiterSports account as soon as possible.  Click on your SCHEDULE tab.  If you see the  image under the Notes column of your completed assignment, you need to enter a game report for that match.

You can enter match notes if you wish by clicking the   image that appears in the Notes column.

You MUST enter the match score in the appropriate boxes and also change any Status items from their default values if needed.

You can enter match comments if you wish in the Comments text box.

You don't have to complete any of the Forms that may show up in the Forms box.  These are there by default in the Arbiter system, and are meant for OHSAA High School Officials use.

Once you have completed your game report, click the Save button to submit it.
